Insurance we accept:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, TriCare and United Healthcare.

Please be aware that the above list is not all inclusive and we encourage you to call with any questions.

We do not accept TennCare or BlueCare.

What options do I have if my insurance is not accepted or I don't have Insurance?

We have a private pay option.

• The initial New Patient visit costs $175 and will last approximately one hour.

• Follow up appointments are $75 and are 30 minute sessions.
